JOB PROFILE: Reading all structural & architectural Drawings, taking out quantities of all civil items (Including bar bending schedule – BBS) using auto cad drawings. Preparation of bill of quantities as per the consultant & management specifications & requirements. Preparation of rate analysis for all civil related works. Coordinating with MEP consultants & getting the GFC drawings & BOQ of the project for preparation of budget. Preparation of project budget. Preparation of project schedule as per the sequence of activities in MS-Excel & preparation of cash flow of the project in month wise. Review of DPR & MPR received from site team & preparation of the same in absence of site QS. Preparation of consultant bills, certification of contractor bills received from site team, getting approved the same from management to proceed further & follow-ups with accounts team for payments. Preparation of project schedule, cash flow, manpower & material requirement. Preparing monthly reconciliation statement & submitting the same to management. Preparing & maintaining project cost sheet as per activity heads. Preparing modification drawing in auto cad & arriving the costing of the same as per client requirements. Tendering- a) preparation of civil BOQ as per the project specification b) Coordinating with consultant to get the MEP BOQ & verifying the same with MEP in charge. c) Pre-qualification of venders including sourcing the vender getting the company profile, reviewing the profile & getting approved from the management. d) Floating the tender documents (BOQ, Drawings, Basic Rate of materials & other necessary documents) e) Coordinating with the vendors to get the quotes. f) Short listing the vendors, making comparative statements, negotiation, making site visit to see the projects done by the vendors & award of work. g) Preparing work order of selected vendor to start the work.
