As an experienced Desktop Engineer I have honed my skills in configuring troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops printers and operating systems. With a Diploma in Computer Science and expertise in software installation I bring a diverse skill set to any team. My experience includes installing and configuring Windows operating systems managing antivirus products and troubleshooting MS Outlook 2019. I am also knowledgeable in Linux commands such as file management user/group management and package installation. In my current role at BlackBox Ltd I am responsible for resolving tickets within SLA that are raised from end-users. I am committed to ensuring timely and effective solutions even when working remotely. Prior to this I served as an L1 Engineer at Team Computers Pvt Ltd where I gained experience in troubleshooting network devices and cabling preparing MIS reports and managing material inventory. I also served as an L1 Support Engineer at Bhairavnath Sugar Works Ltd where I supported OS formatting/installation application troubleshooting and printer maintenance among other responsibilities.
