Development professional with over 22 years’ experience in social development sector. With the credentials of leading many large scale development programmes, engaging in strategic partnership management, design and implement a communication strategy and capacity building, action research and thorough experience in monitoring & evaluation of large scale projects, have developed a stronghold in some thematic areas such as natural resource management, rehabilitation and resettlement, livelihoods, water and sanitation, watershed development, health & nutrition, early childhood care, skilling, training, capacity building and disaster risk reduction. Have been Involved in the design and delivery of various community engagement strategies and social studies by applying qualitative research methodologies, participatory rural appraisal (PRA) and methods for participatory need assessment, monitoring & evaluation, baseline studies and social impact assessment (SIA) and social risk analysis (SRA) for various Corporates, Government and NGOs across 5 states in India.
