Customer Service – Leading Customer Service Team 1. Lead a team of customer service professionals to provide exceptional support and service to customers. Ensure timely and accurate forecasting from customers to facilitate effective planning and inventory management. Verify and update pricing in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) according to the latest price updates. Track forecasted sales versus actual consumption to ensure sales align with projections. Collaborate with the finance and planning teams in purchasing precious metals and conducting monthly reconciliations of sales and purchases. Prepare quarterly quotations and obtain pricing approvals from customers. Maintain a close monitoring system for the status of accounts receivable. Generate scheduling agreements and sales orders in SAP to facilitate smooth order processing. Reduce working capital by ensuring timely payments and managing consumptions in line with forecasts. Prepare monthly and weekly reports for business analysis, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Co-coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure to meet customer demands. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers, including personal visits when necessary. To work in compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices.
