Strong Knowledge in different types of Heat Treatment Furnaces like (LPC-HPQ Vacuum (Gas), SQF (Oil), Salt Quenching), Continuous Mesh Belt Furnaces. Sound knowledge of special HT processes like Carburizing, Nitriding, Hardening & Tempering. Hands on experience for IATF 16949:2016 (Quality Systems) activities like PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, SOP, APQP, PPAP, in-house and Supplier end. Worked with supplier development team for implementing material standards of organisations like FCA, Cummins, GM and Eaton. Supported PWT Quality team for issue resolution of various field complaints related to Metallurgy. Certified Lead auditor of ISO 45001:2018 (OHSAS) Auditor of CQI9 (Heat Treatment Assessment).
