As a public servant in the Municipality of Orange County, she is dedicated to upholding Florida Statutory Law and County regulations concerning public records to promote the democratic principles of transparency and accountability in government. Sapho serves diligently with integrity, honesty, fairness and professionalism. As a professional she is highly organized and detailed-oriented, with over 15 years’ experience in the private and public sector. Demonstrates skills in providing superior support in fast paced environments; a team player who is creative, resourceful, and proficient in multitasking. Enjoys a reputation for handling confidential information, generates results, by working with collaborative networks in various industries. She has accomplished a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and will obtain a Master in Public Administration December 2015. Her gained competencies in the area of public administration are approved by the global standards set by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs Administration (NASPAA). As of 2014, she is an active member of the American Society of Public Administration (ASPA) and the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).
