Background
About Sapna Jain
The opportunities to teach and work with students and to develop new educational materials and techniques are my primary reasons for seeking an academic career. My academic background, teaching experience, and career as a chemistry seeker make me well-prepared to teach basics of chemistry as well as more advanced courses materials. I have acquired extensive teaching experience at the Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi, as an teaching assistant for several courses. I have been involved in all kind of academic work there. From the past nine years I have been working in University of Petroleum and Energy studies as Associate Professor. According to me, A student who is curious and interested in the subject is easy to teach, but unfortunately not all students arrive in the classroom in this state of mind. It is the responsibility of the teacher to present the subject in an interesting and engaging manner, for this I try to involve all the students with my own teaching skill, I call it as “Teaching style”. Apart from regular class room teaching, I have been involved in various other activities of university.
