About Sapna Tilak

I am a Project manager for DC-DC converters and Charcon in the Energy management area of Electric vehicles. I come with a strong background in software development in automotive industry, with a special focus on Project Management for various ElectricVehicle segment projects. In the recent past, I have worked as a Requirement Engineer and as a Software Sub-Project Manager for 48V and 12V Automotive Battery Management Systems. I have a rich development experience of over 8 years in a spectrum of automotive applications in the Engine management and Battery management domains. At present, I put my development and requirement engineering experience to excellent use to steer the development of new-gen DCDC converters in a cost effective manner while considering the latest innovation in the power electronics domain and maintaining utmost quality. I dream of a greener future for the planet without compromising on mobility and economic growth. I believe that innovations and effective utilization of the abundantly available natural resources like hydrogen are the way forward to realizing my dream.
