Versatile and results-driven professional with a dual focus in finance and human resources, currently working as a Finance and HR Officer at PanTerra Geoconsultants B.V. My role combines hands-on financial responsibilities—such as invoicing, revenue reporting, and accounts receivable management—with broader HR generalist duties. These include employee satisfaction initiatives, arranging training, organizational culture improvements and supporting leadership development. I'm particularly passionate about the human side of business and am actively working toward a transition into a dedicated HR role. To deepen my understanding of the Dutch HR landscape, I completed the full Dutch Labour Law learning path (7 modules) at HRM College in 2025. This has given me a strong foundation in employment regulations, compliance, and best practices in the Netherlands. Before joining PanTerra, I led the Funding Team at Tesla’s EMEA HQ in Amsterdam, where I focused on operational efficiency, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. My team ensured timely and accurate funding across diverse markets, and I worked closely with financial institutions, product managers and developers to streamline complex processes. With a BSc in Psychology, I bring strong interpersonal insight to my work, helping me build trust, navigate change, and foster inclusive environments.
