About Sara Anzaldi

Just a curious one”: young designer, passionate about visual arts of all kinds, literature and the mix of all these things. I travel as I breathe, observe every small detail and turn it into inspiration for my works. Hand sketching has always been my DNA: as soon as I learned how to hold a pencil I’ve never stopped drawing. Within the years I’ve developed different channels to express myself and photography has been a great companion; nevertheless, it’s just when I went back to sketching regularly that I understood how creating fashion was the most powerful way to say out loud what I wanted to. After a deeply formative experience at NEOUS, handbags and leather goods became my n.1 passion - both as a designer and a product developer. I admire and sustain Italian artisanal tradition in leather craftsmanship, and consider a great honor to be a witness of this unique heritage. Moving from a small, emerging brand to a large and historically established Maison such as Loro Piana allowed me to have two different perspectives on the industry of Leather Goods.
