About Sara Armor

Sara Armor leads People Leadership and Executive Talent and Performance strategies within the Technology division at Capital One, supporting Technology associates. Prior to this role, Sara joined Capital One as a Management Rotation Program (MRP) Associate. During the fast-paced two-year development program she held two roles. First, a Risk Manager within the Commercial Business Risk Office where she supported Commercial Real Estate, Agency Finance, and Treasury Management businesses. Sara became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) during this time, supporting Tech Risk teams as well. In her second year she joined the Technology organization managing External Differential Investment Tech Events and Talent Retention Strategies. In 2017, Sara graduated from University of Mary Washington (UMW) College of Business as a Summa Cum Laude graduate. She received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Marketing, while also completing a Business French minor. Outside the classroom, Sara was a member of the UMW Women’s Soccer team, as well as the Vice President of the UMW Marketing Club. Sara was the recipient of the 2017 Marketing Student of the Year Award from University of Mary Washington College of Business. Sara has experience and continued interests in Marketing, Brand Management, Talent Development, Talent Marketing, and Leadership Development strategies.
