About Sara Barlow

If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader."-John Quincy Adams Leadership to me, means making it easier to succeed. This applies to the team I'm leading or clients I'm influencing. All of my experience to date, aligns with this mantra and is my greatest passion. Whether I'm partnering with other leaders on human resources solutions, facilitating live training events, managing a project, or developing new tools and resources, I always aim to make it easier for others to succeed. My most cherished professional accomplishments are centered around when those I've coached say "thank you for helping me and making what I do more fun and easier to succeed". I live off of those moments. If you are looking for a leader who excels in leading a team, project management, human resources, training and adult learning, attention to detail, time management, strategic planning and an overall great team member, you've found your match.
