What drives me is impact - creating workplaces where people can thrive, championing the successes that often go unnoticed and helping shape construction into an industry of choice, that welcomes and supports everyone. I am proud to have been included in the Top 100 Influential Women in Construction 2022 & 2023.My career began as one of four Business Graduates at The Miller Group and relocating from Yorkshire to the West Midlands to be part of the Miller Construction team, I have since worked across the Midlands and South West for national and regional contractors including Speller Metcalfe and Wates. Fast forward to now and I’m proud to be part of the Senior Leadership Team at a regional SME contractor, where I’ve spent the last six years. I’ve helped evolve how we work, embed continuous improvement and play a hands-on role in shaping the company’s direction and culture.
