About Sara Boyle

My career has taken me many places - from teaching to community organizing to non-profit leadership. What I've come to learn through it all is that the equitable and liberated communities we dream of must start with us; within our own identities and within our own relationships. We must do the hard work of un-learning the ways we perpetuate systems of oppression and learn new ways of being and doing. From unquestioned assumptions and mental models, to "that's how we've always done it" practices, the change we wish to see around us - whether in our homes, communities, institutions, or country- must start with us. My work lives at the intersection of collaboration, community, DEI, and the unlearning of assumptions and practices that no longer serve us. I help individuals, organizations, and communities re-imagine more equitable practices and policies and support them in operationalizing them. Proven success in partnership development, leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, program development, project management, training and facilitation, and non-profit fundraising.
