I have more than fifteen years of experience in office and sales support positions that require meticulous attention to detail and data, ability to manage workflow among a team, and skills such as organization, customer service, efficiency, and problem solving. As assistant general manager in a dispensary, I manage a team of 15 by delegating roles as patient demand fluctuates. I create schedules, maintain inventory, train new hires, and handle disciplinary issues. As this is a highly regulated industry, meticulous attention to detail and data reporting are a must.
