About Sara Castro

Hi there Once upon a time, a little girl was fascinated by human behaviour. That girl was me and ended up graduating in Psychology. My path in Psychology has always gone hand in hand with the Human Resources area, and for the last few years, I've been channelling some of that knowledge into the recruitment world ‍I started my career in a support role, mostly (but not only) coordinating all of the company's recruitment activities. That allowed me to develop my organisational skills, autonomy, and resilience and lay the foundations of recruitment best practices. Later on, I continued to apply it as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, carrying out end-to-end recruitment processes and getting involved in other side projects. On top of that, I can spend hours delving into different topics and writing technical articles without getting bored. You can check some of them here: https://medium.com/@sarafscastro 🤓 In between recruitment and personal life, you'll likely find me travelling on my motorcycle climbing 🧗‍ lifting some weights ‍ or petting my dog
