A manager operating for 20+ years in industrial markets, currently the Managing Director of the Italian branch of an international company based in Israel. Solid experience at engineering companies (EPC contractors) and suppliers of solutions for the industrial market. Strongly target oriented, I constantly reached or overachieved sales targets, improving the margins and the cash collection in the meanwhile, thanks to a continuous motivation and development of the team. Supported by good management and execution skills, I implemented significant reorganization and optimization plans, both in growing phases – hiring and developing talents - and in restructuring phases – completing mass dismissal plans with all voluntary agreements. Mother tongue Italian, fluent in English with good knowledge of German and basics of French, I am used to effectively work in international teams.
