With experience in instructional design, e-learning development, stakeholders and project management, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning solutions that meet business needs and drive learner outcomes. Proficient in Articulate Storyline, and Vyond, I am skilled in creating multimedia content, developing interactive simulations, and integrating audio and video elements, as well as expertise in learning management systems (LMS) such as Workday, I have the technical skills necessary to bring learning experiences to life. Familiar with Adobe XD and Illustrator, with a good understanding of image and graphic design principles. Currently developing my skills in these areas through ongoing self-study and practice. I also have experience coordinating voice-over recording sessions to ensure the highest quality audio for e-learning courses. In addition to my expertise in e-learning design, I have a love for design and creativity, which fuels my approach to creating visually appealing and interactive courses. I am constantly exploring new techniques and approaches to design, and I strive to create courses that are both aesthetically pleasing and effective in achieving learning objectives. My approach to learning design is grounded in needs analysis, learner-centricity, and understanding how people learn best.
