Chronically curious. Learning is never enough, my academic path started in Marketing & Communication, then moved to Human Resources, and it's still going on every day. I'm passionate about creative writing and copywriting, fitness and well-being, languages and cultures. Passionate about Human Beings: everyone is a unique brand and my goal is to help people discover it. My career has started with a focus on Talent Acquisition (3+ years of experience), helping people to understand their value proposition, build strong Personal Branding and develop a coherent and solid career path. I've been involved in several Employer Branding projects, more specifically developing competencies and knowledge about the DE & I area. Following over two years as a Senior HR Innovation Project Manager, dedicated to implementing technology-enabled solutions and fostering organizational transformation, I am now taking on the role of HR Business Partner, where I aim to expand my cross-functional skills in the HR field and enhance my strategic business understanding, building on over 5 years of experience in Recruiting and HR innovation. I always want to go beyond my "standard" tasks and responsibilities. I strongly believe that the corporate world can make a huge impact on society and make a change.
