Biography: I have over 20 years’ experience of researching public opinion and behaviour to inform policy, strategy and communications in the public, private and third sectors. I am experienced in the full range of research methods, both quantitative (face-to-face, telephone and online surveys) and qualitative (interviews, focus groups, deliberative methods, online communities), and in applying these across a range of public policy fields - including energy, the environment, consumer protection, health, poverty and social exclusion. I am currently based in Ipsos´ European Public Affairs team, which specialises in conducting multi-country studies for intergovernmental and international organisations, including the European Commission and its agencies, the UN and NATO. My main areas of focus include consumer affairs/the EU Consumer Agenda, sustainability and the COVID-19 pandemic. I also routinely help organisations understand how they are perceived by key stakeholder audiences (both internal and external) to inform their communications and engagement strategies.
