About Sara de Vitis

I am an international minded professional with more than 17 years of experience in the capital goods sector holding diverse positions from engineering to manufacturing. My broad experience allows me to lead and successfully contribute to every aspect of projects both strategically and operationally: from concept design to engineering to production. Thanks to my diversified career experiences, I am able to relate to the different needs and perspective across the Organization. Furthermore, I have cultivated robust cross-functional skills and teamwork abilities, enabling me to influence various hierarchies and functions effectively. I am very comfortable in a continuous changing environment, and I like to put my experience, energy, and attitude at service of my team and peers in promoting the change. As DE & I Committee Eu member I am fully engaged for the Culture Change inside CNH. My well-developed organizational skills, pragmatic approach and strategic mentality allow me to make things happen. Able to present and negotiate at any level of the organization and with different type of internal and external stakeholders.
