I am a Senior Laboratory Analyst at AbbVie, a global biopharmaceutical company, with a BS in Biological Sciences from Mississippi State University. I have over 4 years of experience in performing various microbiological and analytical tests on pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food grade products, ensuring their quality, safety, and compliance. I have developed core competencies in ELISA, AET, and microbial validations, as well as in writing and revising SOPs and protocols, training new analysts, and reviewing and authorizing test results.In my current role, I perform ELISA testing that targets three different proteins of in-process and finished cosmetic products, as well as method validation and routine testing for bioburden and specified objectionable microorganisms. I also collect and analyze environmental and utility monitoring samples, including Grade C clean room manufacturing areas. I work with a team of dedicated and skilled lab analysts, who share my passion for delivering high-quality products that improve the lives of patients and consumers. I contribute to the team's success by acting as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support, and facilitating communication and collaboration. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to apply them to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the laboratory.
