My career began in dance education, where I learned how to manage classrooms, lead teams, mentor students, speak publicly, and coordinate large-scale events. These early experiences taught me how to think on my feet, connect with people, and deliver results under pressure. I carried those strengths into the corporate world—first in production, where I contributed to event planning and team coordination, and now at Jake’s Finer Foods, a leader in Houston’s food distribution industry. Working in the finance department, I’ve leaned heavily on my attention to detail and interpersonal skills to keep the Accounts Payable team running smoothly and accurately. I thrive in fast-paced environments where strong communication and collaboration are key. Now, I’m ready to take the next big step: transitioning into sales.
