As an active Seattle based artist with strong Project Management experience I possess a unique skill set to collaborate with local and regional artists for integrated original site-specific artwork that reflect the unique personality and brand of each building. Artist involvement within multifamily housing presents an unique opportunity to celebrate the rich and diverse arts found within our Northwest region, while also adding to the market appeal and value of the building itself. I have been involved in all aspects of multi-family housing development; from the planning stage to the punch list and property management phases. I understand the importance of schedule and timing in the integration of art both as purchased, wall hung pieces in common areas as well as the integration of art into the architecture and design.
