This innate wonder, coupled with a deep-seated passion for helping others, led me to become a secondary education math teacher and an instructional designer. Over the past 9 years, I've honed my skills with systematically approaching problem-solving and navigating the phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. My career has been dedicated to crafting accessible, effective, and imaginative learning solutions that are firmly grounded in data, research, and the unique needs of the learners and that inspire a sense of wonder in each learner.Career Highlights:• Decreased Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol test errors and saved the company per year by creating interactive Storyline 360 and Rise 360 e-learnings, virtual hands-on practice sessions via Zoom, and standardized in-person testing processes that aligned with federal regulations.• Enhanced CPR skills across 60 clinics and saved the company per year by implementing, managing, and facilitating American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR classes.• Improved analysis process across the training team by assisting with the implementation of Cathy Moore’s Action Mapping process through the creation and facilitation of instructor-led training and job aids.Feel free to connect with networking and opportunities at: safitzgerald7@gmail.com.
