As a Database Administrator at Geisinger Health Plan, I am responsible for managing and maintaining the databases that support the health insurance operations and services. I have more than 8 years of experience in database administration, using Microsoft SQL Server and other tools to ensure data integrity, security, availability, and performance. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of data quality and governance policies and procedures, as well as the integration and migration of data from various sources and platforms. I have a strong background in databases, data management, and data security, and I am constantly learning new skills and technologies to enhance my expertise and deliver value to the organization. I am passionate about using data to improve health outcomes and customer satisfaction, and I work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to achieve this goal.
