About Sara G.

I work in startups or large companies where we are trying to define new solutions and product spaces from scratch. I get involved in strategy, design, research, and business and can operate at multiple levels given the needs of the project. I can do evaluative and exploratory research, facilitate workshops using mural and miro, drive product strategy along my PMs, create low-fi mockups (using sketch, figma), and run agile processes as a Product Owner or Scrum Master. I work within the intersection of behavior science, design, business, and technology and am particularly strong in UX research, behavioral science, facilitation, and strategy. I have an MBA and an MS in Human Factors. Currently a researcher and service designer supporting the digital ecosystem in Philips Oral Healthcare. I recently supported several new business ventures within the radiology space, wearing multiple hats depending on the need - research, strategy, blueprinting, workshop facilitation, standing up new service lines, formalizing informal processes, etc.
