Most relevant projects: GALILEO G1G & G2G, JUICE, EUCLID, ELECTRA, THOR, MTG, HISPASAT AG1 (Small GEO), Alphasat, SMOS, ABS-2, ASIASAT 6, THOR 7, JUPITER 1, GLOBASTAR 2G, TERRESTAR 1 and 2, AMAZONAS 1 to 3, etc Main PA tasks related to Phase B, C, D&E: Definition of PA Plan and Statement of Compliance (SOC) based on PA Prime SOW, Requirements and applicable Regulation (ECSS, MIL, ESCC, etc), RFD preparation and submission. Resource assignment. PA Subsystems Requirement: definition, VCD (Requirement verification and validation), SRR with ESA and Prime. PA responsible for Tender evaluation and awarding: selection, Risk evaluation, qualification, SOC. Responsible for Subcontractors PA activities: Requirement Flown Down & implementation, SOW, SOC, EQSR, Qualification, monitoring, and tracking (Monthly report/meeting, deviations, milestones, Audits, Certification, MIP/KIPs, assembly, integration, testing, delivery). Risk Control & RAMS (Critical Item List, FMECA, FMEA, hazard analysis, lessons learnt, etc.) Qualification and Verification: process and procedures. Qualification plan, monitoring and approval, QR. Materials and Process (M&P) responsible: DML, DPL, MPCB, RFA. Technology and R&D activities, process control, development, qualification, improving. parts responsible, purchasing requirements (ECSS, ESCC and MIL, etc), Procurement Specification for products and services, DCL, PCB, PAD, screening, LAT, qualification, Pre-cap and buy off. Project Deviation management: NCR, NRB, CAPA, RFW. Responsible for Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, Test & Delivery stages: Ensuring Plan definition, execution, inspection (MIP/KIP), reporting, deviations management and approval (MRR, MRB, TRR, TRB, PTR, DRB, etc.) Configuration Management and changes tracking, CCR, CCN, CCB.
