I’m known for solving big, complicated problems in an integrative and collaborative way. From the start, I’m able to see multiple ways to move ahead on a project and can quickly weigh the costs and benefits of each to choose the best route while mitigating risk along the way. I’ve successfully led a variety of large initiatives, including: • Driving the implementation of a new marketing strategy and campaign framework, resulting in a 2.5-times increase in ROI over 2 years. • Managing the planning and launch of a new brand across a cross-functional team of 200+ employees to achieve GTM in 8 weeks. • Building a project management team that scaled our strategy, insights, and analytics team from 5 to 150 employees over 18 months. • Designing and implementing a new-hire recruiting and onboarding program that was expanded to three regions globally. I do my best work with others and thrive as a cross-functional collaborator. I spent my early years studying and working abroad and now love unifying globally diverse teams, aligning their work with the organization. I enjoy connecting people and rallying them around a common business cause, namely, catalyzing and celebrating significant transformation.
