About Sara Hart

I’m a marketing strategist with seven years of experience helping architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) teams tell compelling stories, build brands, and win work. I combine creativity, strategy, and data analysis to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives that connect with clients and communities. My expertise spans proposal coordination, brand and campaign management, and business development support for infrastructure, clean transportation, and sustainable development initiatives. I’m known for strong written communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a resourceful, self-directed approach that keeps projects moving from concept to delivery. At the Houston-Galveston Area Council, I lead growth marketing efforts for multimillion-dollar energy and infrastructure programs, using data processing, experimentation, and media buying analysis to optimize performance. I enjoy the heavy lifting of turning insights into action and building trust through consistency, empathy, and measurable results.
