About Sara Headrick

Insurance Professional with a true passion for claims! I have spent the past decade submerging myself in learning about the insurance industry and have truly found my calling. I began my claims career in the field handling residential losses for a large carrier where I discovered my natural affinity for Investigation, Negotiation and Customer Service. I made the leap to Training and Development to share my enthusiasm for claims with my peers and the next generation of claims professionals. I function as a Subject Matter Expert for all things Property,(Residential, Commercial and Marine) and have spent the past two years learning about additional Lines of Business such as Casualty to include Healthcare and Medical Stop Loss, Executive and Professional, Travel and Surety. I have a passion for estimating software and am well-versed in both Symbility and Xactimate. I have completed all 3 levels of Xacimate Certification and took my training one step further to become an Xactimate Certified Affiliate Trainer through a Train-the-Trainer program offered at the Xactware headquarters. I am cognizant of the ever-changing nature of claims as more and more innovations and technological advancements loom on the horizon, and am excited to be a part of ushering in a new era of the business.
