I've always believed that programming is more about communication than computing. Writing code is just one part of the process—the real challenge is understanding people, collaborating effectively, and making sure that what we build is clear, maintainable, and actually solves the right problem. Maybe it's because communication has always been an important part of my life: I moved to Spain when I was young, adapting to new languages, cultures, and ways of thinking. I quickly learned that expressing ideas clearly makes all the difference—whether it's explaining a concept, understanding someone’s real needs, or writing code that another developer will read years from now. That mindset shapes how I work as a backend developer. I focus on building software that is scalable, maintainable, and easy to understand. With over eight years of experience, I specialize in Kotlin and Java, designing backend systems with clean code, testing, and modern software development practices. I love solving complex problems with elegant and efficient solutions. My experience includes TDD, and backend development using Spring Framework, Docker, Oracle Database, MySQL, and deployment tools like ArgoCD and Spinnaker. I also have some experience in Python for data analysis and data sanitization, using Pandas to process and clean large datasets when needed. I care deeply about code quality and system reliability, leveraging tools like Sonar and Grafana to ensure high standards. I thrive in collaborative and Agile environments.I enjoy working closely with engineering and business teams to design systems that are both technically sound and aligned with real-world needs. I value teams where every member has a voice, can explore new ideas, and collaborate openly. For me, great software is about scalability, simplicity, clarity, and truly understanding what needs to be built. I’m always eager to work with forward-thinking teams, take on challenging projects, and continue growing as a person and developer.
