About Sara Henry
One might say that trust and estates work is in my blood as I followed my father into this area of law. He practiced as a T&E lawyer and part-time probate judge in San Diego for almost 60 year and worked up to the month he passed away. Likewise, I've been a T&E lawyer for over 30 years and the last 15 years I've transitioned to serving as a private professional fiduciary ("PPF). I formed Cherry Creek Fiduciary Services LLC ("CCFS") in Denver CO in 2019 where we offer personalized PPF services to a select group of clients in CO and surrounding states. I also continue to offer PPF services in CA. Additionally, I serve as an expert witness on litigated administration cases. I recently brought on a partner to CCFS, Morgan Weiner, who is a T&E attorney in CO who will also be offering PPF services to our clients. We offer services on current administration cases which are often litigated and also future cases by being nominated in estate planning documents.
