About Sara Henry

Hello! I’m a dedicated and compassionate Marriage and Family Therapy Trainee graduating this Spring and entering my associateship. My journey in the mental health field began as a Mental Health Technician at a residential treatment center, where I developed a strong foundation in client care and crisis management. Through my graduate program practicum, I’ve had the privilege of working with teens, individual adults, and couples in a variety of clinical settings. These experiences have deepened my commitment to relational and trauma-informed care, and strengthened my skills in building therapeutic rapport and applying evidence-based interventions. I’m currently seeking an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) position where I can continue growing under supervision, contribute meaningfully to a clinical team, and support clients in navigating life’s challenges with resilience and connection.
