Sara is a health & life coach, Bokwa Education Specialist for Nevada, fitness instructor of formats from yoga to TRX to piloxing to poledancing, personal trainer and professional dancer. Fitness & wellness is her life and livelihood. Fitness pulled her away from a career in environmental and travel journalism, she is still an avid writer working on many projects in the health field. She sees the world from a broad spectrum and lives life by proving you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to.
