About Sara Hourany

I earned my doctorate in Pharmacy from Saint Joseph University in Beirut (Lebanon) and I completed it by a master in Pharmaceutical Management and International Pharmaceutical Marketing from the international business school ESCP Europe in Paris (France). I earned an MBA in International Business from the American university Schiller International (on its Paris campus) I started my career in Lebanon by focusing on positions that will mainly develop my medical skills. I made an internship as an intern in clinical pharmacy in the hospital of Hotel Dieu De France in order to improve my medical and pharmaceutical skills. I also worked in many pharmacies as a pharmacist. These experiences were very important and made me develop a lot of, not only medical skills, but, also personal ones like communication or teamwork abilities. I have acquired multiple experiences in pharmaceutical marketing, specifically in Brand management and multiple therapeutic areas. I have developed, not only operational marketing skills, but, also, strategic marketing competencies. I had the opportunity to fill brand manager positions with different scopes: local (France and United Kingdom), regional (Europe) and Global markets (Europe, MENA, Asia, LATAM). These positions helped me in extending my knowledge of each market while improving and adapting my marketing strategies. I am a dynamic and ambitious Marketing Manager who is aiming continuously to develop my competencies and my carrer. I am a very sociable and hard working girl who is building her carrer and boosting it a little bit more everyday.
