I have functioned as a leader in organizational development and effectiveness, partnering with various levels of management and personnel to successfully develop and implement large-scale projects. These projects focused on improving the short- and long-term effectiveness of the organization through modifications and improvements to various human resources systems and processes.I am known as a goal-oriented individual in pursuit of excellence.
