About Sara James

I have an extensive resource coordinator and customer service background, possessing a good knowledge of an office environment in most areas. I have a lot of experience in the co-ordination and organisation of a team’s workload and have a lot of experience managing staff. To that end I have been the Service Project Manager on projects such as the Olympics, holding various meetings with contractors on site to ensure we are on schedule with their requirements and that they appreciate our scope of supply. Having worked in a very busy service office environment, which is at times a highly pressurised workplace; the experience has taught me how to remain calm and efficient whilst working at full capacity. I am an adaptable team leader, capable of tackling many different tasks expediently while remaining calm, unflustered and cheerful. My communication skills have been gained from my experience of dealing with external customers such as members of the public, trade partners, engineers and various distributors as well as internal customers and colleagues within the organisation.
