About Sara Kulp

With over 20 years of experience in the banking and credit union industry, I am passionate about providing effective and engaging training programs that enhance employee performance and satisfaction. As the VP of Learning and Development at Wauna Credit Union, I evaluate the organization's needs and plan training programs accordingly. I use my certifications in The Member Advantage and Integrity Coaching as a facilitator. I align my training goals with the mission and culture of Wauna Credit Union, which is to provide opportunities for our members to build their financial well-being and support our communities. In my current role, I also provide branch support and onboard new employees to the Credit Union, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to serve our members excellently. I leverage my credit, loans, and banking expertise to deliver classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. I have successfully trained and coached hundreds of employees across various branches, helping them achieve their professional and personal goals. I am proud to be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and service.
