I love my position at Dojo—senior Customer Agent. As one of the first ten to join Dojo, this has been an incredible journey. I have been here from the start, and one of my main roles has been supporting new agents coming into the business, Skills involved: coaching, side-by-side, mentoring, agents understanding customer and business outcomes, being customer-centric, adaptable, and ready to accept change and processes. Passing my passion on to others, encouraging, and developing so they become exceptional agents. I also work within the ringfenced Complaints Team which I love, finding the right outcome for customers and the business, investigating. I take manager-escalated calls when on the floor-walking line to support agents, and shift lead on weekends—10 years of experience in Customer Support.
