About Sara Lee

Currently, I am a Procurement Professional working within the Banking industry, helping my organisation to effectively execute against its business priorities. Most recently, I was a Financial Advisor providing financial planning services, advice and guidance to my clients. I have a background in Accounting and Finance, with several years’ experience in customer service, manufacturing and instructing. While on the surface these areas seem unrelated, through it all I have been driven by one goal; use and further develop my skillset to create value in whatever way I can. Whether I’m analysing a challenge to problem solve, breaking down complex concepts for others, or establishing deeper connections and building relationships, my passion is making the lives of those around me significantly better. Parallel to my career, I’m an advocate of Inclusion & Diversity in the workplace and society. Through various volunteer positions with organisations focused on actively promoting D&I, I am fortunate to be able to help empower and uplift those around me.
