About Sara Lindblom

I currently work as a senior advisor in democracy and human rights at Sida’s unit for the MENA region, at HQ in Stockholm and work mainly with Palestine. I am an experienced advocacy advisor working in the areas of human rights, international humanitarian law, development, nonviolence, peace building, with a demonstrated history of working with different civil society actors. I am passionate about civil society and activists', including children and youth, ability to change the world, whether it is in their own communities, schools or work place or at a larger scale. I have a strong experience in capacity strengthening and empowerment, and thoroughly enjoy facilitating and strategising together with activists from all of the world. I am fortunate and feel grateful to be given the opportunity to learn and pick the brains of some incredible people that I have met along the way.
