For more than 20 years, I’ve led international strategies across higher education and the tech sector, always driven by a commitment to the customer needs - as it relates to experience, services,loyalty and international/local relevance. At IE University, I lead initiatives that mobilize our worldwide alumni community to foster lasting engagement and impact. I have a strong record of achievement delivering initiatives across strategic planning, product management, digital transformation and user experience, customer marketing and campaigning, alumni engagement, and volunteer management. I thrive at the intersection of innovation and purpose, turning ideas into action, strengthening loyalty, and aligning diverse teams around a shared vision.
