In my current role as Integrated Wellness and Relational Coordinator, I play a pivotal role in enhancing the well-being of our internal team. From managing social media and employee appreciation initiatives to overseeing inventory, my contributions help cultivate a positive workplace culture and streamline our operations. My journey in the mental health field began with a deep interest in psychology and sociology, leading to a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Anchor Counseling, I provide compassionate and effective therapy to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and overall quality of life. I also serve as an Enneagram Coach, helping people discover their Enneagram Type and use practical growth strategies to become their best selves. Beyond my professional roles, I volunteer with Crisis Text Line, offering crisis intervention support to those in need. My creative side shines through as an artisan at my own business,"Signs by Sara," where I craft personalized signs that bring joy to others. Every experience, from my time at Hazelry managing marketing and administrative tasks to my roles in various organizations, has equipped me with a unique blend of skills and perspectives. These experiences enable me to connect with people on a deeper level and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
