As a Learning Strategy Supervisor at UPS Capital, I apply my MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology and my expertise in training and development to design and implement effective learning solutions for domestic and international learners. I evaluate existing analysis to identify learning gaps and provide recommendations, align training to business outcomes, and measure learning impact. I also develop project management plans and support cross-functional initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in various roles and domains, such as Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Team/Customer Relationship Building, Leadership, Curriculum Design, Facilitation, and more. I have worked with different software tools and platforms, including InsurTech, and have some sales and enablement experience. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Augusta University and have received multiple honors and certifications, such as the Six Sigma Green Belt and the QM Quality Matters Coordinator Training.
