I began my professional journey as a Network Engineer, driven by a passion for cybersecurity, which was fueled by my specialization in Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity during my Bachelor's in Computer Applications. My initial career goal was to transition into a network security role and eventually establish myself in cybersecurity. However, as I advanced through roles in Networking, Vulnerability Management, and ITIL-based Service Management—covering Change Management, Problem Management, and Capacity Management—I discovered an unexpected passion: the power of data. Through managing large-scale IT service operations, working with cross-functional teams, and driving business continuity initiatives, I found myself increasingly fascinated by how data could uncover patterns, optimize processes, and support strategic decisions. This growing interest became the catalyst for a pivotal career shift. Today, I am pursuing a Master’s in Analytics with a specialization in Applied Machine Intelligence at Northeastern University, where I’m honing my skills in data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling. My goal is to transition into a Data Scientist role, where I can merge my technical expertise with data-driven problem-solving to create meaningful business impact. With over 4.6 years of experience in IT operations, security governance, and service management, combined with certifications in ITIL 4 Foundation, MTA Networking & Security Fundamentals, and Cloud Fundamentals, I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking, technical acumen, and a process-oriented mindset to the table. I’m passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights, solving complex business problems, and continuously learning new technologies. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can collaborate with diverse teams, explore innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions that drive growth and efficiency.
