I regularly speak at FTSE 100 events and conferences about SHED® and that leadership is a practice, which needs deliberate attention in today’s high-pressure world.Having previously taught in challenging London comprehensives, I am passionate about education. My long-term vision is to bring our coaching methodologies to schools so teenagers can learn to make empowered choices, lead themselves well, and positively shape their futures.
