About Sara Moore

As an organizational change and communications executive and strategic advisor, I am passionate about the power of culture and employee engagement in driving business results. With over 20 years of experience guiding Fortune 500 organizations through complex transformations, including acquisitions, I've learned that successful change is driven by a collaborative combination of methodology, clear and compelling messaging, creative campaign development, and genuine appreciation of diverse stakeholder perspectives. I have helped numerous companies make transformational changes “stick” by implementing strong communication cadences, change program branding, gamification, change networks, training & performance support, reward and recognition programs, and KPI management. I have also developed and managed internal change management centers of excellence (COE)/functions for global organizations, including tailored frameworks and deliverable templates, talent acquisition and development, sales pursuits and contract/account management for the resulting COE. Additionally, I've led communication functions for global organizations of 20k-125k people, where I've been responsible for setting strategy, defining the functional organization and operating structure, managing budgets and resource capacity, and developing next generation communication leaders through rotational opportunities and capability development. I've partnered closely with c-level executives to develop messaging for all levels of the internal organization, teaming with PR to amplify stories via social as well as paid and earned media channels. At DXC Technology, I serve as chief of staff for the Office of the CEO. My scope of role is diverse and is centered around translating strategy into action to connect and engage our leaders, support and develop our colleagues, and deliver excellence and innovation for our customers.
