As an assistant community manager at Thrive Communities, I use my communication and administration skills to provide excellent customer service, manage leasing contracts, and support the community development initiatives. I graduated with a master's degree in higher education leadership from Florida Atlantic University in December 2021, where I gained valuable knowledge and experience in student affairs, academic advising, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to joining Thrive, I worked as a paralegal program assistant at FAU, where I assisted with the coordination and implementation of the paralegal certificate program. I also have experience as an academic advisor, an intern at Champions Empowering Champions, and a residential education coordinator at FAU. I am passionate about empowering people to achieve their personal and professional goals, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
