In my current role, I streamlined reconciliation processes that previously required about 60 staff hours per month across three employees. I rebuilt the workflow so it now takes just 2-4 hours per week to run and 2 hours to rebuild—handled independently. This efficiency improvement freed me up to take on additional responsibilities across operations, data cleanup, and training, while ensuring accuracy and preventing errors from slipping through. For me, working with data is like solving a puzzle. As if someone dumped a puzzle in front of me, and it's my job to ensure all the pieces are present and fit properly.
